Contract: Harburnhead Windfarm

Contract Status: Completed in 2016

On this contract Celmisa undertook a wide scope of works which included:

  • Construction Of 7 wind turbine bases and associated crane pads and laydown areas  
  • Installation of cable track ducting  
  • Construction of substation platform 
  • Removal of peat and creation of peat storage cells  
  • Control and placement of all imported materials
  • Construction of floating roads using geogrid and geotextiles 
  • Construction of suds drainage ponds
  • Installation of V shaped drainage ditching
