Conditions of Hire
All plant is hired under SPOA Conditions of Hire. 
All tyre repair and damage is the responsibility of the Hirer. 
Tyre Condition to be agreed at time of hire. Insurance to be supplied by the Hirer.
 Fuel supplied by the hirer, all machines will be supplied full and should be returned the same. Delivery to site to be agreed. Rates negotiable for long term hires. 
Chisels for Hammers and tips for ripper tooth and buckets will be chargeable for breakage or excessive wear.
